Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Requirements Birthday party bookings must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to venue and instructor availability. After receiving your preferred date, Le Studio B will check availability and send you a booking confirmation. Your booking is only confirmed once the booking confirmation has been sent and full payment has been received. Please note that your preferred date can only be secured once full payment has been received. 2. Cancellation Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of payment. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@lestudiob.nl. After the 48-hour cancellation period, bookings become non-refundable. 3. Changes to Your Booking Unfortunately, we are unable to offer rescheduling once the 48-hour cancellation period has passed. If fewer children attend than originally booked, the booking fee remains unchanged and no partial refund will be provided. 4. Allergies and Dietary Requirements Parents or guardians are responsible for informing Le Studio B of any food allergies or dietary requirements before the workshop. While every effort is made to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 5. Arrival Please arrive on time so that all children can enjoy the full workshop experience. Late arrivals may miss important instructions and activities. 6. Behaviour We strive to provide a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all participants. We reserve the right to end a participant's involvement if their behaviour seriously disrupts the workshop or affects the safety and enjoyment of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided. 7. Liability While every effort is made to provide a safe workshop environment, participation is at your own risk. Le Studio B is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. 8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will apply to all new bookings. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
